National Committees of Research Ethics
CIEM and the University of Agder follow the guidelines developed by the National Committees for Research Ethics in Norway.
The National Committees for Research Ethics in Norway are independent agencies for questions regarding research ethics, and investigation of misconduct, within all subject areas. The committees are all appointed and funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Education and Research.
The research performed at CIEM is multi-disciplinary. The following two set of guidelines are followed by CIEM researchers:
CIEM is environmentally conscious. The staff at CIEM wants to contribute to a better sustainability performance through everyday actions as avoiding wasting energy and limit unnecessary paper prints by using digital devices.
